Test page · not the real site
Do the bottom bar's buttons stay in sight?
Open this page on each browser. Scroll down and back up. The dark bar at the foot should stay whole and tappable, sitting above the browser's own buttons. Under it you may see a thin petrol strip: that is the space the phone keeps for itself. No strip means the browser keeps nothing back.
Paragraph 1 of 12. These words are only here so the page is long enough to scroll. Nothing in them is meant to be read closely.
Paragraph 2 of 12. Watch the bottom bar while you scroll. Some browsers shrink their own bar as you go down, and grow it again as you come back up.
Paragraph 3 of 12. If the browser's buttons ever sit on top of ours, take a screenshot at that moment. That is the picture we need.
Paragraph 4 of 12. Try tapping each of the four words at the foot. They go nowhere yet. What matters is that each one can be reached.
Paragraph 5 of 12. Turn the phone on its side as well. The bar should stretch across and stay at the foot.
Paragraph 6 of 12. The top bar works the same way: dark, holding still, with the page's name in the middle.
Paragraph 7 of 12. The type is Saira, served from this site. Nothing on this page is fetched from anywhere else.
Paragraph 8 of 12. The icons are placeholders. The final drawings come later.
Paragraph 9 of 12. Keep going. The test is mostly about the end of the page.
Paragraph 10 of 12. The last lines of a page are the ones a bottom bar is most likely to hide.
Paragraph 11 of 12. Nearly there.
Paragraph 12 of 12. One more line below this.
This is the last line. If you can read all of it, with clear space before the bar, nothing is hidden.
